How do I request a refund for an upgrade renewal if no 'cancel' button shows?

  I was recently charged a fee for an automatic renewal of the upgrades on my blog. I have disabled automatic renewal but would like to completely cancel the upgrade for this year and request a refund because it is within 48 hours of the charge. Thank you.
