How do I request a refund on a domain

  I would like to request a refund on a domain purchase. I am certain that I turned off the auto renewal on my account last fall, so I was somewhat put off when I saw the charge hit my bank account. I didn’t catch it until today, so I am past the 96 hour window. How do I contact WP to resolve this?

  The domain is definitely past our 96-hour refund window, so we cannot refund it: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#domains
