How do I resize a video that is video podcast?

  How do I resize a video that is video podcast? I’ve tried all the suggested codes and nothing seemed to change the size? Every time I change the width and length and refresh, it pops right back to the larger size no matter what size I put in. It’s from a French TV on line podcast so I don’t know if that’s why I can’t seem to resize Here is the link to the pod cast if anyone can figure it out. I’m trying to make to smaller.   Unlike other video embeds, like YouTube videos, videos from DailyMotion can’t be resized. Instead, their size is determined by the theme you’re using.
