How do I resolve mysterey payment to WordPress

    I’ve been charged with £100.80 from my bank account today 20th February 2025.
    I have no record of notice of this charge although my bank has said that you have tired to take it 5 times in the last week.
    I remember writing last year that i no longer wanted the account i didn;t find it useful hadn;t operated the account please close.
    Clearly that has been ignored and the only other options is that the charge comes from a differnt account that has full details of my bank account in purchases as the one i’ve just looked at has nothing at all about me or purchases invoices or payments or bamk account details. Pleasae help urgently i need the money you have taken.
