How do I retrieve lost text?

I wrote a new post, pressed preview to see how it looked and there was no text. The post title is still there but all the text has gone and I can’t find it. What did I do wrong?

If you just hit Preview, the text should still be in the box. Not in the preview box, but the box you were writing in. If you haven’t saved it before you previewed it, there’s nothing in the preview box. Try going to the dashboard Posts page and getting to the post from there.

Thank you. I’ve done that and the post is there but only the title. I don’t know what I did but the text box was empty when I went back to it from preview. Maybe if you go to preview without saving you lose the text. Bit sad now.
