How do I set up an appointment

  It says set up an appointment below and there is nowhere to schedule an appointment? Huh? I need help moving my website from WP.org to WP.com .I used siteground as a host and I purchased a premium plan with WP. It keeps showing me plan pricing and I just purchased a plan?
