How do I set up Paypal as a means to pay for auto renewals on upgrades?

I prefer to use paypal to renew my “space” upgrade renewal and my “no ads” renewal. Currently I had used an old credit card which has been cancelled. How do I go about setting up Paypal? I did not see it as an option but I did see the phrase, “At 11 months, we’ll attempt to charge the credit card or Paypal account you used to make your initial upgrade purchase. ” indicating I could use Paypal. Please advise me how to set this up for my renewals. Thanks!

Hi there,
Unfortunately unless the upgrade was originally purchased via Paypal you wouldn’t be able to set up auto-renewal via PayPal.
So, I see that your upgrade is set to expire on October 2nd. On that date feel free to contact me and I can remove the upgrades from your account so that you can repurchase them via Paypal. By doing this if you enable automatic renewal, it will initiate every year via Paypal.

Good morning! Today is the day, I think, to remove the upgrades so that I can repurchase them via Paypal. I got an email from WordPress saying today was the day of renewal… so let me know what I need to do. Thanks for your help! :)
