  I don’t know how to shut down my blog.

  Your account is only one hour old and the blog linked to your name is less than one hour old and is empty – what is the URL of the blog you really need help with – we need that to give you accurate help

  Go to the dashboard of that blog and on the Tools page you can find Delete. We generally advise going to Settings->Reading and setting it to Private instead, so you have a blog to tinker with themes and widgets. If you delete it, it’s gone forever and you can never use that content or URL again.
