I cannot find this site to work on it
The site I need help with is mysticglitters.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but with Siteground, so we won’t be able to help you here.
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
