  How do I sign up to follow other people’s bogs? Not want to set up my own? Is that possible?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  You are asking if you can create a WordPress.com login so you can follow other sites, but d not want to have a site of your own?

  If so, I can confirm this account you are under now (@tigertacoscharon58707) does not have any sites, and if you wish you can use this account to follow other sites, you do not have to have a site of your own.
