How do I stop my upgrade from billing?

    I canceled my page but I’m still getting notifications about payment due the 16th. I am going a different direction and will not use it. Please let me know how to avoid being billed. Thank you for your help.

    I am not seeing auto-renewal as being set up for your upgrades. So the notifications that you are receiving are likely just expiration notices and not auto-renewal notifications that we are going to charge you.

    Without auto-renewal set up, you will not be charged.
