How do I take a sentence off my home page that i did not put there?

  At the top of my page, Link2Save.wordpress.com, under my heading it states, “4 out of 5 dentists recommend this WordPress.com site.” HOW DO I TAKE THIS OFF OF MY SITE? I did not put this there and can’t get it off–it is showing to the public. Please help me fix this ASAP! My name is Tammy Pol and my e-mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
