How do I talk to a customer support rep???
-
This is so aggravating. I have been trying to get help with my site, but it is very specific and I cannot reach anyone. I have an account, the website is live, but I have not edited it in maybe 2 years. When I reset the password, I got access, but it was only to a misc. blog I did, but not my website pages, which is what I want.. They must both be set up with the same email, but only the one I don’t want (i.e. the single page blog pulls up). The WordPress number just says to come online to chat. The chat goes to a public forum (not customer service rep). How can I actually get help with this by speaking to a person? Thank you.

Let’s clear some confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.
Your site wheatyash.com is using the open-source WordPress.org software, but it’s hosted by 1&1 Ionos, so we can’t help you here.
That said, you can try contacting your host’s support team or post to the WordPress.org support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
I hope that helps :).
