How do I temporarily make my domain unavailable

  I need to take suspend the public’s access to my blog via my domain name for a short period of time. Is there a way to create page that explains the site is under construction and have my domain forward it to this page? The domain is currently http://www.medfordcablenews.com

  If you want to temporarily hide your blog instead, please use privacy option so only you and logged-in members of the blog can view it.
