How do I transfer my blog?

    I have two blogs on wordpress. One of them I have been using quite frequently, although by accident someone sent out my blog address to everyone in their contact list. I don’t want all these people having access and would like to know how to transfer all my content over to the other wordpress blog?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Note that you will have to copy and paste all content in text widgets as there is no means of exporting and importing that content.
