How do I transfer my followers to my new blog address?

Good morning! I’m trying to transfer my followers to my new blog address: lessons4now.com I have installed and activated JetPack. I have 85 followers from when I had a blog through your service. I would those names and emails transferred to my new blog address. I know it may seem like a small number, but it’s huge to me. :-)
I don’t know what else to do. Can you help? Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer!

85 followers is definitely a significant number! :) I just transferred your followers over to your new blog at lessons4now.com, as requested.
Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
