How do I transfer my wordpress.com followers to my .org self hosted site?

  I have just gone self hosted and want my followers that I have gained through wordpress.com to remain followers, is there a way you can transfer them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can transfer your followers from your WordPress.com site to your Jetpack WordPress.org site through the Subscription Migration Tool:

  Another question, I have just changed my site URL for my .org blog and i went to change the wordpress URL as well and now it won’t let me log in to my .org dashboard?!

  Hi there,

  I don’t have access to your .org Dashboard as we only support .com blogs. However, you should be able to log into your .org Dashboard through here if your .org site is theglowdown.com:

  http://theglowdown.com/wp-admin

  If you can’t get in it would be best to contact your host, which is BlueHost.
