How do I try out customizing the Duotone theme?

  When I attempt to “Try Now” to customize the Duotone theme I get error 404, file not found.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am unable to replicate the problem. I am getting to the duotone customizer just fine. Screenshot:

  

  If you are still having issues, can you try using a different browser and let me know if that makes a difference.

  Yup, that was the problem — I.E. 11 failed, Chrome worked just fine. Thanks!
