How do I turn my blog into a business website?

  I have a blog on WordPress. I need to set up a website for my consulting business. Will I be able to set up a simple one that includes my blog and payment options on WordPress, starting with a free version?

  Hi @marscaulton, I’d recommend adding a page here:
  https://wordpress.com/page

  You’ll get several templates to choose from so you can create the front page for your site. Edit it as needed, and save your changes. Add any other static pages you need. Set the front page:
  https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/

  Then, when you’re ready to start accepting payments, you’ll want to use one of our eCommerce options. We have more info here:

  This is exactly the type of information I was looking for — thank you so much, and I can’t wait to see how beautiful it can be. It’s great that as I get started, WordPress can offer more services at incremental fees. Just perfect for beginning as a sole proprietor!
