How do I unsubscribe/close my WordPress act?

  I deleted my credit card info under ‘Payment method’. Will that be enough?? They somehow renewed on Oct 2020 with the payment method being AN EXPIRED (Expired 08/20) credit card. I do not want them to renew in Oct 2021. I want a confirmation from WordPress that I will not be renewed in 2021. How???
