how do I update from a 2011 version of wordpress

  I want to update from a 2011 version, keeping the same blog address. We set up a theme and began draft posts then, but want to begin posting now.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com sites do not need to be updated. It is done automatically behind the scenes. So if you want to start posting on haybayhouse.wordpress.com again, you can just start doing so.
