How do I update WordPress profile photo?

  I have changed my profile photo several times. I have updated my Gravatar photo. Yet, my wordpress profile photo is the same one I first started the blog with and is terribly out of date. It shows up occassionally as the icon for my posts – how can I fix this ?!?!?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s actually your Blog Icon, you can change that at Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard.
