How do I upload a custom theme on a custom domain powered by wp?

    I have purchased a domain through WP, as well as a hosting service (Gator), installed WP to said domain as well as a theme. I have viewed several tutorials that all suggest I go Apperance>Themes>Upload but I am unable to navigate to anything that allows me to upload my theme.
    My website in question is brianrad.com

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    brianrad.com. is mapped to a WordPress.COM blog and you can’t upload outside themes to it – your hosting service (Gator) would be a WordPress.ORG install and is a different blog completely and is a different account and log in –
