How do I upload a Jetpack backup to my site

  I have just purchased the ‘Premium Themes’ upgrade on my free wordpress site. I have a Jetpack backup that includes theme, posts and more. How do I now upload this to my site and start working on it again? I would like to finish editing the theme in a free wordpress account before paying for full hosting and launching the website. Thanks.
