How do I upload a localhost BitNami site onto a new remote server?

Not sure how to package and upload to a remote server my new custom WordPress site created with Bitnami WordPress stack. Is Bitnami bad?? I’ve gotten some eye-rolls and gasps.

Are you attempting to upload it to WordPress.com? That will not be possible. Period. If you’re trying to upload it to a paid hosting server, you need to be at WordPress.ORG for support with that.

Thank you for your fast response! I did know that, but I see I should go to the wordpress.org forum, not .com. Sorry about that, I was looking for answers in the wrong place! :(
