How do I upload my custom theme onto a blog?

Where did you get your custom theme from and what is the address of the site you wish to use it with? The site linked to above hasn’t been updated since 2015. This is the support forum for free WordPress.com sites. Here we can activate any of the free or Premium themes found in the showcase: https://wordpress.com/themes . Any other WordPress themes seen on the Internet are designed for the WordPress.org software but could be used at WordPress.com by upgrading to the Business plan.
