How do I upload the WPZOOM theme I purchased?

There is no place I can Install Themes on my wordpress appearance tab. I purchased a theme on WPZOOM and I can’t seem to figure out how to upload that onto WordPress…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

Thank you so much for the information.
Now I am in a bind though, because I purchased a theme as well as a building tool via WPZOOM…
And I created a domain, etc. on WordPress.com which I paid for and confirmed…
So now, I have made purchases of multiples tool that don’t correlate.
Can my info on WordPress.com transfer to WordPress.org?
This is all very confusing to me as this is the first time I’ve ever created a website…

If you have decided that a self-hosted WordPress.org site is the better way for you to go, I can refund your WordPress.com Premium purchase less the domain registration fee ($99 – $26 = $73 refund). Then you can use these instructions to point your domain to your new webhost:
