How do I upload videos from my computer?

  Greetings: I bought the videopress plugin, but when I try to upload videos from my computer, I get an error message. I tried .mp4 and .wmv. How do i upload the videos? Thank you.

  I see that you purchased the VideoPress upgrade for the site refuge4mrasandexpats.wordpress.com – but that you also have several other sites on the same account. Are you trying to upload the videos to refuge4mrasandexpats.wordpress.com – or to one of your other accounts?

  If it’s refuge4mrasandexpats.wordpress.com that you’re on, could you let me know how big are the files you’re trying to upload? Files need to be under 1.4 GB each.

  If the files are smaller than 1.4 GB, would you mind letting me know exactly what the error message says so we can investigate? A screeenshot of the error would be ideal. Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

  You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then post a link so I can see it. Thanks!
