how do we actually contact support?

  I did not renew a site and I got charged. Literally no financial information in my ‘manage purchases’ and yet I was charged. And I cannot find how to contact an actual human being to fix this.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
