How do we get ahold of someone who processes the payments?

I need to speak with someone about renewing my “Premium” plan. I was charged $33 dollars for cancelling 2 hours late.. Im hoping someone who deals with the payments for Wordpess plan can assist me with a full refund.

Hi there,
I see you’ve already cancelled the domain and plan on your site. But domains connected to plans are not refunded automatically, as the warning on the screen explained when you cancelled the plan.
I’ve now refunded the domain portion of the payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days.

Why did I get a partial refund of only $22 when I paid $35 for the personal plan. I created a domain on a different site. What the heck?!

You had a domain connected to your plan, in which case upon cancellation you’d have seen a warning asking you to contact us via live chat instead for help with the refund, and as I also explained in my last reply just above your comment.
In fact, it doesn’t appear you’ve cancelled the domain mapping upgrade, as it is still on your account:

If you want to keep the domain mapping your refund of the plan won’t include the cost of the mapping upgrade.
