How do we make our blog free?

  We tried opening a free blog. The first fee we assumed was an activation fee. But we were charged again this year. We are not sure if we selected settings that require an annual fee. How do we make our current blog fee? Thank you

  I have canceled that WordPress.com Premium upgrade and refunded the charge from earlier this month. You should be all set.

  You will not.

  There are no longer any upgrades associated with your account, so there will be nothing to charge for.
