Hi @linkxpeach,
Welcome to WordPress.com! Getting your store live is straightforward — here’s how to get started.
Launching your site
Right now, visitors see a “Coming Soon” page until you officially launch. When you’re ready, head to your site’s Settings, scroll to the Site Visibility section, and click the “Launch site” button. Here’s the direct link to the Settings page: https://wordpress.com/sites/lxpgaming.blog/settings
Our step-by-step guide walks you through the full process, including what to do before and after launch: Launch your website
Setting up and organizing your store
For getting your products, payments, shipping, and taxes set up, WordPress.com has a free video course that walks you through everything step by step: Build Your Store with WooCommerce
To organize your site’s pages and navigation so customers can find what they need, check out this guide: Site navigation and menus
Regarding legal protection
That’s a really important question, but it’s not something our support team is able to advise on — legal requirements vary depending on your location, what you sell, and local regulations. I’d recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional who can help you set up proper terms of service, a privacy policy, and a return/refund policy for your store. But you can find some guidance on creating legal pages for your website here: Create legal pages for your website
I hope this helps you get started — feel free to follow up if you run into anything specific along the way!

I opened my store few days ago, and it doesn’t look like anyone purchased anything yet. Is my store open yet?

Hi @linkxpeach,
I took a look at your site, and I can confirm your store is currently open.
You can always confirm this by checking that your site is set to Public and that your Shop page has been published.
You can also check by opening it on a device or browser not logged into your WordPress.com account, like an incognito window. You can see your Shop is present in your Header’s navigation menu as well.
If you would like any help giving your site more attention and traffic from visitors, we have an excellent guide on how to advertise it here: https://wordpress.com/support/getting-more-views-and-traffic/.
I hope the guide helps you. Good luck on your site!

Hi @linkxpeach,
I completely understand how you feel. It can be disappointing when you’ve launched your store and haven’t seen any orders yet. The good news is that your store is live and accessible, so customers are able to visit it.
I took a look at your site and have a few suggestions that may help:
- Your navigation menu appears to be quite busy, which can make it difficult for visitors to find your Shop. I’d recommend keeping only the main items (such as Home, Shop, Blog, My Account, and Contact) in the top navigation.
- Consider moving pages like Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Terms of Service to the footer.
- You can also remove pages such as Cart, Checkout, Payment Confirmation, and Payment Failed from the navigation, as these are automatically used during the checkout process and don’t need to be visible in the menu.
- For the remaining pages, consider grouping them into drop-down menus or removing them from the navigation if visitors don’t need quick access to them.
A cleaner navigation helps visitors focus on your products and makes the shopping experience much easier.
You can learn more about organizing your menus here: Menus and Navigation guide
Once your navigation is simplified, the next step is to bring more visitors to your store through SEO, social media, and other marketing efforts. This guide is a great place to start: Getting more views and traffic
I’d also recommend publishing new blog posts regularly (for example, once a week). Fresh content can help improve your site’s visibility in search engines over time.
Finally, if you’re looking for ideas specifically focused on increasing WooCommerce sales, this guide has some excellent tips: Increase sales on your WooCommerce store
I hope these suggestions help and give you a good starting point.
If you have any further questions or need more help, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via Live Chat. Since your plan includes Priority Support, we’ll be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Wishing you every success with your store!

@linkxpeach Please review your site, including the pages and posts, and decide which content you’d like to keep and which you’d like to remove. And also, reorganize your site’s menu as needed.

You must also understand when you set up an online store, there is no guarantee people will start bying from you. It takes some time before people find your store and, very important, to easily find the produchts you are selling which isn’t the case for the moment as stated by Staff member @mpriyatt.
As another Staff member @nigeljoy stated: you must set up proper terms of service, a privacy policy, and a return/refund policy for your store.
Your Terms of Servicepage at https://lxpgaming.blog/terms-of-service/ is a copy of the TOS of Automattic which has nothing to do with the TOS of your own shop, make sure to finetune it to your site.
Your privacy policy page at https://lxpgaming.blog/privacy-policy/ contains a sample text, make sure to finetune it to your site.
Also missing is your contact information: address, location, phonenumber, email address, legal information as the registration of your shop, your VAT-registration, …
If you sell to European countries, make sure to read and complie to e-Commerce rules in the EU and EU VAT One Stop Shop (OSS)

Hi @linkxpeach,
Those pages are templates, so they’re meant to be customized for your business before you publish them.
For your Terms of Service, you’ll want to replace the sample content with policies that apply to your store, such as:
- What you sell
- Payment methods you accept
- Shipping and delivery information
- Returns and refunds
- Cancellations
- Any warranties or limitations of liability
For your Privacy Policy, replace the placeholder text with details about how your site collects, uses, and stores customer data (for example, account information, order details, contact forms, cookies, and analytics).
You can edit both pages just like any other page on your site:
Pages → All Pages → open Terms of Service or Privacy Policy → edit the content → Update. These guides will help:
- Create legal pages for your website: https://wordpress.com/support/how-to-create-legal-pages/
- How to write and add a Privacy Policy to your WordPress site: https://wordpress.com/go/website-building/how-to-write-and-add-a-privacy-policy-to-your-wordpress-site/
Please keep in mind that WordPress.com can explain how to create and edit these pages, but we can’t provide legal advice or tell you what your policies should say. Since legal requirements vary depending on where you operate and where your customers are located, it’s a good idea to consult a qualified legal professional if you’re unsure what to include.
Once you’ve customized those pages, your store will look much more complete and professional to potential customers.

As I already said, it’s obvious you don’t have a clue on how to set up an online shop. I strongly advice to educate yourself well on how to set up a webshop.
