How do you post when WordPress incorrectly thinks you aren't "authorized" to?

When I try to post on my blog lately it states that “you do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for ‘New Post’ ” – which prevents me from posting anything on my own blog. I cannot figure out how to post anything because every time I try anything this message appears. I’ve tried signing out and signing back in but it doesn’t work. I’ve also tried clearing my cache and cookies but that does nothing as well. It’s really starting to annoy me because I want to update about recent events but they won’t be very ‘recent’ if I wait much longer. Please help! ~M

Can you access your Dashboard at https://snapshotsofcolor.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ ?
If so, please try Posts -> Add New there.
