How do you undo the deleting of a post you accidentally deleted?

I accidentally deleted one of posts on my blog :(
How do I retrieve it back?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Deletions at WordPress.com tend to be permanent and irreversible, so don’t “accidentally delete” anything ever again. Seriously.
That said, if you JUST deleted a post or page, it might still be in your Trash file. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/ So you can just fish it out. If it’s been so long the trash has been emptied, you are out of luck. And this doesn’t work if you delete a URL, a media file, or an old username.
