How I can cancel double pay ?

    Hello.
    A accidentally paid twice for the renewal of Domain Mapping.
    Received two receipts: #12949526 and #12949516.

    How I could cancel one of them?
    Or, instead, of cancelling, would the second one pay for one additional year of domain mapping?

    Hi Sergejus,

    Sorry about that! Our system is supposed to prevent double payments like that, but it looks like you ran into a glitch with it. Because you paid twice, your domain mapping was renewed for an additional year — it’s currently renewed through May 28, 2017.

    Do you want to leave that second payment and additional year of domain mapping? If you prefer, I can refund the second payment and change your domain mapping expiration back to 2016, and you’ll be able to renew it again next year if you want.

    Hi Serge,

    I just refunded your second payment, so your domain mapping is now renewed through May 28, 2016. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
