How i can not upgrade my domain

    Hello dear wordpress i had a domain name on wordpress and i can’t renewal please help http://www.shabakada.com

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that on August 20th 2018 you purchased the WordPress.com Personal Plan for two years, and registered shabakada.com (included free in your plan) at that time.

    However, I do not see that you renewed the domain or the Personal plan two years later on August 20th 2020.

    Because you missed your renewal last august, both the Personal Plan and domain were removed from your account, and shabakada.com was returned to the registry to prep it for sale to the public.

    Sadly while we are able to recover expired domains within 60 days of the expiry, we are not able to recover a domain that expired almost a year ago. In this case someone else has purchased and now owns shabakada.com, and we are not able to recover it on your behalf.

    You are welcome to add a new custom domain and start at a new address, but we cannot recover shabakada.com I’m afraid: https://wordpress.com/domains/add/
