How long do I have to wait?

    I’ve been waiting on a domain transfer for almost 2 weeks now. What’s the problem? Why do I have to wait so long for a domain I’ve paid for multiple times. $300 for the year to WordPress. $80 to transfer my own domain back. And I’m still waiting, it’s sad that you have packages that are $100+ serving BUSINESSSS AND you don’t have a chat, a customer service line or anything. Pathetic ass service.

    I am sick and tired of having my business wait, after I paid for a domain for over a year, have given y’all 300 for my domain, have also paid $80 to get my own domain back. & im still having to wait for my own domain to be given to me.

    Hi,

    Can you give me a bit more information about what is happening that shouldn’t be as far as your domain?

    I’m seeing that you accessed WordPress.com support via livechat 2 weeks ago, paid the $80 redemption fee for the domain vtokc.com to get it renewed, and the domain was again live and active in your account.

    You then initiated a transfer to another domain registrar, accessed livechat again for some assistance, and got things sorted out. As of 2022-03-06 the domain was successfully transferred out and is now showing as being registered at tucowsdomains.com. You can see that reflected in the WHOIS data here:

    https://who.is/whois/vtokc.com

    So, vtokc.com is no longer connected in any way to WordPress.com on our end. And indeed, when I visit the URL, I am taken to your shopify site.
