How long does a refund take?

  How long does a refund take? I requested a refund 8 days ago and see the receipt for it in my history, but I am still waiting on the refund. Thank you.

  Hi Jen,

  I see that the $99 WordPress.com Premiumupgrade was refunded on August 28th, 2014 and has been fully processed. Can you please check with your bank regarding the refund? It looks like everything on our end has gone through.

  August 28th is the date I cancelled it and received the following email. No funds have been received in my account following this email:

  The following upgrade has been cancelled and $99.00 refunded:
  • WordPress.com Premium on https://badmothermedia.wordpress.com
  It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
  If you have any questions, or don’t receive the refund, please contact support.

  HI Jen,

  Can you check the credit card statement for the card used to purchase the upgrade? It looks like it has been processed on our end.
