How long does Account Receovery take?

  Greetings. I can access my ‘free’ wordpress site but not the site noted above (readingsalon.com), for which I pay an annual fee. (And I’ve just paid that fee.) I completed the Account Recovery form yesterday,(Wednesday) but have not had a response. I have checked all my email folders. Does this take days? Weeks? Thanks!
