how long does it take for word press to upload a post to my website?

  I have my word press linked to my website so when I blog it shows up on my retail store. my question is how long does It take for what I blog on word press to show up on my site? I thought it was something instantly but if its not, how long?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m afraid we don’t do support for any sites off WordPress.com. When you blog at WP.com and hit publish it shows up instantly at Wp.com. Other than that, I suggest you ask whoever does support for your external website.
