How long does WordPress take to give back the refund amount?

I bought a domain on July 27th, 2014 and immediately cancelled it the next day i.e July 28th, 2014. Its been more than a week and I still haven’t received the refund. Could the officials get back to me?

It looks like your refund was successfully processed on our end. You can see this through your dashboard at Store > Billing History. If you still don’t see this refund, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Hey Shawna, I checked with the bank and they don’t seem to have a clue. Is it possible for you to get me a reference ID? [I had to get my money refunded from another source too and they replied to me by giving an ID] Do let me know! :)

Hi there!
I asked one of the Happiness Engineers on the Store team to check and make sure everything went through. It all looks fine on our end. We process all of our payments through Paypal, so you can grab the transaction ID from your receipt and give them a call about it:

This might be the reference ID your bank could use also, I’m not sure about that.

I also just wanted to remind you that the charge will be refunded to the originating account. So maybe check your other accounts as well.
