How much are subsequent annual charges for a business account?

    Hello,

    I am wondering how much I may be charged after the first year of opening a business account plan with WordPress. Will it be a flat rate of $25/ month every year, or will they hike the prices after the first year finishes? What hidden costs are involved? I also understand that some components may involve scalable costs. Can you please explain how that works, or am I mistaken? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    There are no hidden costs, and all plans renew each year at the same price. We do reserve the right to adjust our pricing over time, and that does happen occasionally, but if there’s a pricing change you’ll be notified about that in the renewal reminder emails that go out at least two months before the plan expires.

    Note that all our plans are bought for a full year at a time – there’s no monthly payment option – and domain renewal costs are not included in the plan. Domain renewal cost would depend on the specific domain extension you registered:

    Domain Pricing and Available TLDs

    If you want to use premium plugins or themes made by other services, including WooCommerce, the cost of those are not included in the plan. Any premium plugins or third party themes you wish to use you purchase directly from the companies who sell those.
