  You had been informed by our live chat support team on January 6, 2023 that you were past our refund window:

  Oh, I see. You can certainly cancel the plan here, but no refund is available at this point since it’s been more than 14 days since purchase: https://wordpress.com/en/support/refunds/

  While you removed the subscription, you would not receive a refund as noted then.
