How remove redirects | website is loading to slow

Hi folks,
I am in deep trouble my wordpress website https://www.palbrosinfotainment.ml is loading very very slow and when i checked on gtmetrix it said ‘remove following redirects if possible’. Please help me with some easy solution bcz i am not good at programming.
