How the heck do a renew the domain?!

    You’re sending me notices about the domain expiring, but I see nothing that’s obvious to help me renew the domain. I see no renew button, or help on this.

    Hi there,

    Your domain upgrade is actually owned by a different user on your blog. Upgrades can only be renewed by the user account that owns them, so you’ll need to log in to that account (or have that person log in) to renew it.

    If you aren’t sure who owns the domain, you can check under Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Under the domain name, you’ll see “Purchased by” along with the name of the user who owns it. You can also check a list of all of the users on your blog by going to Users > All Users in your dashboard.
