How to access all areas of my blog with a screen reader?

I am registered blind and use a Screen Reader (Jaws) to read the screen. Not all items of WordPress blogging seem to be accessible to the screen reader. E.g. I cannot see any settings for privacy or sharing; I cannot see any statistics about who’s viewed or subscribed to my blog. When I press Enter on the Stats link, if there are any results then they are not visible to the screen reader. I also do not have a Notify link on the home page as an e-mail implied I should do. Are there Accessibility settings, and/or can you make this site more useable for people who are visually impaired and have to use Screen Reader software please?

Sorry for the trouble, we’re working to make these better with Screen Readers.
What would you like your privacy settings to be? The choices are Public, Private, and Public with Search Engines Blocked.

I’d like my privacy set to public please. Is it possible to get e-mail notification of when someone has subscribed to my blog, or commented, or looked at it?

After over a week of not having logged into my account I logged in tonight to publish a new post. However, the site seems to have become even more inaccessible to my Screen reader software. When I press Enter on the My Blog link, I no longer see the Dashboard and other info that used to appear over a week ago. So I tried just pressing Enter on the New Post link on the main page. but again, no change seemed to happen to the page. So, I can no longer post to my blog. Has something been changed on the website in the last week to 10 days?

I’d like to know if the site is going to be made screen Reader accessible? I’d like to make use of more features of the site. I chose this site because it was a little more accessible than Google’s Blogger.com.
Web accessibility standards are defined at http://www.w3.org/wai and have been for over 15 years. All commercial screen readers develop to these standards.
