  i purchased a wordpress package through network solutions- I am unable to access my wordpress through NS. Is there another way for me to access my site builder?

  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Is it therealyoullc.com?

  We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. I see that you did start out here initially from the looks of it, but cancelled and refunded your Premium plan recently. You have moved to a new host now?

  Network Solutions uses a different version of the WordPress platform and in this case it’s the more advanced open source version that web designers and developers tend to prefer. You can find help for the version of WordPress that NetSol uses, but their forums are located here instead: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
