How to Access pages and content from old wordpress site?
-
Hi, I recently redesigned my website (www.jonexglobal.com) and directed the domain to a new site. How can I access the pages and content from the old website? They should still exist somewhere as we did not delete or do anything to the old website. Can you please advise how I can access the old content pages? Thanks!

We can’t help directly because we don’t host jonexglobal.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and provides integrated caching, server-level performance improvements, security, automatic updates to core software, robust backups, and in-house support from our WordPress.com Happiness Engineers. To offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at GoDaddy, for example) which is optimized for our infrastructure and offers the best performance possible.
In this case we use a custom tool for configuring site addresses (to prevent the issue we describe) so we are not familiar with the source of your issue.
The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting GoDaddy for further assistance, as they may be able to assign a “temporary” or “staging” URL for the old site so you can access it.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
