Live chat support is closed this week as all our staff is on our annual company meetup.
But live chat support is also only available to owners of sites with paid plans on WordPress.com, and the account you’re using to post here owns no sites and no upgrades.
If you own a site with paid upgrades on WordPress.com, log into the account that owns those, and then you can open a support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
