How to access WordPress tutorial videos without having to build a site?

    I have someone building a site for us in WordPress. I was sent a video, without audio, concerning uploading products with no sound and the first few movements are so fast that I can’t track them. The guy won’t talk on the phone and takes days to respond to emails. I am going broke during this three-month process and far from done.
    HELP! PLEASE!

    To clear up any possible confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

    If your site is hosted here, on WordPress.com, you can have a look at our support pages: https://wordpress.com/support but, if it’s hosted elsewhere, these will probably not help you much. You can have a look at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ though.
